Description

A great opportunity for spot and stalk black bear hunting in Alberta. Hunters have nearly 100% shot opportunity on a bear and about a 50% opportunity on killing a second bear for a pursuit fee. This is a fully guided 2:1 hunt for 6 days. This outfitter keeps the quality high with only 12 spots available each year. Hunters will be in north-central Alberta where there is little pressure on the bears because it is a non-baited zone. Description

Get Ready for a Black Bear Hunt in Alberta, Canada! This outfitter does its best to provide all hunters with a truly Canadian hunting adventure. Hunters will be in the North-Central Alberta hunting zone, where there is little local pressure on the bears since it is a non-baiting zone. It is a two bear area and this outfitter only charges a trophy fee for the second bear. Even better, choosing this region for a black bear hunt allows for a chance of finding a color phase bear, since some of the rare colorings can only be found farther north. This is a 6 day fully guided spot and stalk black bear hunt. Option to add a second bear for a flat pursuit fee. Wolf license is included in the hunt and may be shot without a trophy fee, however this is purely opportunistic. Option to bring a non-hunter, but there is limited space available for non-hunters so spots available are first come, first serve. Hunters will have a big breakfast and enjoy camp during the morning. The hunt for the day usually starts around 2 in the afternoon. Trucks and ATVs will be used to navigate the 2-tracks and spot bears. Once big boars are located an spot will take place. It stays light until roughly 10:30 pm this time of year. Outfitter will supply a packed lunch and snacks during the hunt and a dinner will be served when hunter's return. Hunters should be prepared to spend all afternoon and into the late evening in pursuit of bears.
